Paul started his career in the public sector working on a mixture of countryside management and urban regeneration projects. He decided to return to his family business of fruit growing in 2008 and worked in that sector until 2023. His last role was as MD for a top fruit grower-packer business, managing direct supply relationships with UK supermarkets.
Paul has joined the business as General Manager, with responsibility for Customer Service, Contracts, and Business Administration. He will be focussed on maintaining the excellent work the teams are already delivering while looking to grow the business further into existing and new areas of opportunity.
Paul has a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth and has a special interest in carbon capture and storage, especially in agricultural applications.
