We have been very busy during the Autumn period applying digestate for Oilseed rape growers.
For one of our Kent customers, we applied 30kg of crop available Nitrogen through digestate via of one of our self-propelled Vredo spreaders equipped with 24 meter trailing shoe to a KWS Campus OSR variety which was drilled post application of digestate fertiliser.
As you can see from the photo, the crop has established well and the digestate has done a great job delivering the full starter fertiliser requirements. This has given it a massive boost as well as reducing flea beetle damage via quick growth stage progression.
