Rachael first joined the company in 2012 and re-joined the Organics Compliance team in 2023 following her maternity leave and working for another area of the business.
Rachael is responsible for supporting our Environmental Compliance Manager and ensuring environmental legislation compliance is met. She is also responsible for preparing landspreading compliance paperwork, supervising operations and carrying out site inspections to monitor odour, storage and spreading operations.
Rachael is FACTS and WAMITAB qualified, and she has a BSc in Geography from Southampton University and a MSc in Waste Management from Northampton University.
