Lily joined FGS Agri in October 2024 as a Biosolids Service Delivery Manager for Thames Water, covering Sussex and Surrey. In May 2025, she transitioned into FGS Organics as a Farm Liaison Officer, focusing on recycled paper by-products across Kent – bringing valuable expertise that made the move a natural fit.
In her current role, Lily leads on the promotion and responsible recycling of paper by-products to agricultural land, alongside supporting the wider services offered by Heathcote Holdings. From field walking and soil sampling to risk assessments and post-application reporting, she ensures every project meets strict compliance standards while delivering real value to farmers. It’s all part of FGS Organics’ commitment to providing sustainable, end-to-end solutions that enhance soil health and productivity.
