“As a vineyard situated within a National park, we are always conscious of our inputs and effect on the land and its visual impact. As a result we had been trying for some time to source good quality compost. Most suppliers couldn’t supply a product that had no plastic in it. In fact it was quite astonishing just how much plastic did come through the green waste streams.

In the autumn of this year we were supplied with 200 tonnes of top quality compost from FGS Agri. Not only was the compost of the highest quality but also the service I received from Mark as our point of contact was exemplary. He organised a spreader for us, as at that time the company didn’t have their own narrow machine. He helped our team set up the spreader and was in constant contact while the operations were underway.

I cannot fault the service and product from FGS Agri, and I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone, as I have already done so.” .

“I needed 1200 t of compost delivered and spread for a site on which to establish a new vineyard. FGS came back with a very competitive quote. They got the job and I was not disappointed. They were professional from beginning to end and I would certainly use them again.”

Jon, Gusbourne Estate Ltd

“Having dealt with FGS Agri a couple of times over the last few years I knew that there would be no major problems. From getting in touch with Mark to getting the mulch delivered and spread was all done within two weeks which was quicker than I expected but that was a good thing as the trees needed the mulch sooner rather than later. The quality of the mulch seems to have improved and the delivery happened in the morning with the spreading being done all in one day, the workers turned up on time and I just left them to get on with it. When I checked on the spreading in the morning there was a lovely even and thick application all around the trees that I had specified, all in all it ran very smoothly and when I need more mulch I won’t hesitate in getting FGS back.”
